PAYMENT POLICY
The payment policy for all Artists/Bands is as follows:
Downloads cost .99 cents per single download. The breakdown is simple.
.28 cents = Credit Card Company Charges and Gateway Fee
.28 cents = BANDECKY commission/costs of site
.43 cents = The BANDS profit on each single download
The bands will set their own price for FULL C.D. DIGITAL DOWNLOADING.
The monetary breakdown is To Be Determined according to what the band sets the pricing to be for each download of a full digital c.d. The credit card charges have an initial .25-cent cost and 2.95 percent charge of the total sale. After that, there is a 60/40 split between the BANDS and BANDECKY. 60 percent goes to the BAND and 40 percent goes to BANDECKY. Checks will be sent to bands in one hundred dollar ($100.00) increments. Once the bands have accumulated up to one hundred dollars ($100.00), the check will be disbursed.
The payment policy for all members is ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS. If there is any difficulty with the download you have purchased, contact us at support@bandecky.com, and our technicians will help you.
ADVERTISING
BANDECKY will split all advertising profit with the BANDS. Check disbursement will be initiated quarterly. Every three (3) months BANDECKY will divide up fifty (50) percent of the advertising profit amongst the BANDS according to a percentage base ratio of how much work the bands are doing for themselves on BANDECKY. This means bringing new members, how many hits on your page, how many single downloads, and how many full c.d. digital downloads that you sell. You will receive payment on how many original hits you receive on your profile, and on how much music you sale. A percentage of BANDECKY'S advertising profit will be used to put together shows for the bands that put in the hard work. YOU GET PAID FROM THOSE SHOWS TOO!!!! ROCK ON!
